Meet the Founder

My name is Tee, and I built Lumina Tech Solutions because I know what it's like to run a business where you're doing everything yourself.

Before I ever touched an automation tool, I was a Certified Medical Assistant, a boutique owner, and a web designer. I've stood behind a register, answered patient calls at the front desk, and stayed up past midnight building websites from scratch. I've been the person juggling too many hats with not enough hours.

That's exactly why I started Lumina. Because the small business owners I kept meeting — the plumbers, the dentists, the salon owners, the restaurant managers — were losing leads, missing calls, and burning out on tasks that a well-built system could handle in seconds.

I didn't come from Big Tech. I came from the same world my clients live in. And that's the advantage. I understand the workflows because I've lived them. I know what breaks because I've watched it break in my own businesses.
