Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Lumina Tech Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), a brand of Nexvara Holdings LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Lumina Tech Solutions provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for small businesses, including but not limited to AI chatbot setup, lead capture systems, email and SMS automation, CRM integration, and workflow automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual client service agreements.
Payment Terms
Setup fees are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once work has begun. Monthly retainer fees are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. All prices are listed in US dollars.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback and approvals during the onboarding process, maintaining access credentials for third-party platforms used in automation setup, and compliance with applicable laws regarding their use of automated communications.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created specifically for their business. Lumina Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio. Our proprietary systems, templates, and processes remain our intellectual property.
Term and Termination
Service agreements have minimum terms as specified in your selected plan. After the minimum term, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Early termination may result in the remaining retainer balance becoming due.
Limitation of Liability
Lumina Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
